BUT has 22,000 students and 8 faculties: Architecture, Electrical Engineering and Communication, Chemistry, Information Technology, Business and Management, Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Fine Arts and 3 university institutes: Institute of Forensic Engineering, Central European Institute of Technology, Centre of Sports Activities.
